This is part of my foundation, that the attacks and angles Empire has taken demonstrates they have been aware of the issues of sui generis- at least at the primary level- all along: they are fully aware of the power of it and are desperate to keep this awareness from the general population. Part of the reason for this is the implication of the word *general*, which indicates NON-sui generis Beings who are determined to stick with their addiction to external authorities.

Regarding the issue of requiring one to be *totally* free of the system in order to activate one's full sui generis: I don't agree. There is a legal principle that states that individuals who are forced into colourable contracts via Empire's mechinations- such as the contracts hidden within handling FRNs or utilising services provided by government- are NOT beholden to the implied and hidden contracts precisely because of the nature of lack of options created by the dominating forces: in other words, one is not obligated to Empire because of Empire's own bullying tactics.

That Empire has created a legal necessity for a legal fiction persona in order to access such things as medical aid, banks etc does NOT mean that the individual is hopelessly entangled in this fiction: Empire has, through its Rule by Force, made it impossible for an individual to live in the world without entanglement. Even those that live without any reliance upon Empire- such as native communities still living their traditional cultures- are under attack from Empire's globalist expansion intentions. This often forces communities into situations where, through loss of environment, they become dependent on the goods and services of Empire.

The mythology is that through this engagement their *autonomy* is lost. This is a fiction, one that serves Empire's interests very well, AND the bottom line is that sui generis is a *physical, biological principle*, not a fiction: Empire might do everything it can to obsfucate the irrefutable nature of the sui generis and, at the end of the day, it can do *nothing* to deny the actuality of it. The only response left is force- and that is becoming a seriously flawed response.

My sui generis is irrefutable regardless of Empire's legal fictions.

The core principle remains intact ni matter how many angles it is attacked.
They have been busy re-writing the 'law' everytime a chink is found but I think there is certainly something here.
The simplest way is to not respond ,stand under or recognise any of their rulings but to perform this fully would require one to denounce the system completely and have no debts or offences within the construct in order to do it

We often confer with advocates for global technocracy. When we ask, ;who will choose the scientific leaders' or 'how will you decide which engineering plans to adopt' their arguments revert to despotism.
Of course democracy is flawed. It's the worst possible system aside from all the rest - so far. Rights of individuals and of nature are not inherently incompatible with the democratic process - but they ARE incompatible with most other systems, including libertarianism and standard anarchist models for instance.
If we can agree upon that which we agree upon the rest will be easy!

[…] S: Simply put, no, they are not. I’ve written a substantial essay on the difference between the two and comprehending the nature of contracts is part of the getting clear of heteronomy. Essentially, *agreements*, as I said, contain the awareness of the shifting nature of Life within them, they are not set in stone; contracts, on the other hand, are absolutely written in stone and are designed to be enforced, which requires enforcers, which sets up the new platforms of the next Empire. http://songsfortheotherkind.com/blog/external-authorities-contracts-and-the-illusion-of-transformati… […]
